Healthy cabbage wraps

4 Healthy cabbage wraps = 260 calories! 


1/3 cup cooked brown rice
4 cabbage leaves
5 oz lean ground turkey or chicken breast 
chopped onion
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 Ms.Dash seasoning 
 ground black pepper1 tomato 
1 shredded carrot 


Bring a large, wide saucepan water to a boil. Add cabbage leaves and cook for 2 to 4 minutes or until softened; drain.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, 1/3 cup cooked rice, onion, egg white, seasoning, carrot, herbs. Mix thoroughly.
Divide the mixture evenly among the cabbage leaves. Roll and secure them with toothpicks or string. In a large skillet over medium heat, place the cabbage rolls and pour water mixed with tomato paste over the top. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
