No bread burgers 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean  ground turkey or chicken
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • Salt free seasoning 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
  • 1 big eggplant or two portabello  mushroom 
  • Sliced tomato
  • Lettuce  

 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasonings, onion, egg white, parsley, garlic, mustard and pepper. Form into patties.
  2. Grill patties, mushrooms and eggplant
